It is best suitable with red meat and strong cheeses.
Serve at 18°C opening the bottle an hour before serving. We raccommende to serve at a temperature of 18°C in wide goblets, to oxigenate the wine at its best.
The colour: intense ruby red, purple.
The taste: dry and austere with a light bitter aftertaste.
